A FAIRYTALE WRITTEN IN PASTELS
From rustic fall wedding drama to spring dream extravaganza, a wedding venue that is so versatile, you can literally transform it into anything you want. Surrounded by the lovely Ash forests, Ashwood’s 19 acres of unspoiled forest lands have inspired many love stories. The iconic white arbour and ceremony benches at The Ashwood have witnessed many stunning transformations and each one of them just as magical.
Our most recent styled shoot which was also featured on Today’s Bride Magazine has already been dubbed as the ‘Spring Dream’. The picture perfect styled shoot was planned and conceptualized by extremely talented Jess Stacy of Bonafide Events Studio (who we are super proud to partner with) along with a team of equally passionate professionals from across Ontario.
Models Putri Widyawati and Alexander Faysal embodied the awe-inspiring love and romance that was transformed into a piece of art by Emily Paints Events. The shoot also featured some truly creative items such as the gorgeous ice sculptures by Ice Culture Inc, guaranteed to keep your wine chilled and add an element of frozen-fantasy to your wedding décor. The breathtakingly beautiful floral archway by Olive and Rose Floral Studio set against the backdrop of Ashwood’s lush green forests is sure to make every girl want to walk down the aisle in the spring inspired Elle Couture wedding dress featured on model Putri Widyawai. Bride’s hair and makeup by Beauty By Mallory and Yazmine Rose Beauty truly complimented the intricate floral dress. Much like the groom’s bespoke wedding suite by Collins Formal Wear, just perfect for an intimate outdoor wedding wrapped in beautiful pastels.
Every element of the décor starting from linen to the table top ornamentation by Devine Wedding Design and glassware and cutlery by W Events Décor embraced the spring dream. But it was the wedding cake by Bliss Creations KW that exemplified the spring in bloom extravaganza with fresh flowers and pretty pastel decorative accents.
It’s always the small little details that make a huge difference. Bonafide Event Studio’s attention to details is truly commendable. The preserved floral table décor and stationery by Foliage Envie and Made by Desine really stood out and added a certain element of sophisticated elegance, complete with silk ribbons by Silk & Sumac. Everything combined in a minimalist setting brought alive the vision for an intimate outdoor wedding, beautifully captured and amplified by none other than Heather Dietz Photography.
